Allianz have the facility to lodge all domestic, commercial and motor vehicle claims over the phone on 131 000 without the need for a claim form to be completed. Allianz will generally require 2 quotes for the repair/replacement and will provide further instructions at the time of lodging the claim. An assessor will be appointed for large losses. AMP have the facility to lodge incidents over the phone on 131437 for ALL Retail (Domestic) Insurances. AMP generally requires 2 quotes for the repair/replacement. An assessor will be appointed for large losses. Wholesale (Commercial) claims require completion of a claim form.
